Once you've placed an order, we will review it, contact you to confirm details, and begin to prepare your proof.

Upon receiving proof, we encourage you to review all content. Changes to spelling, layout, or signs may be made during the proofing process. Once proof is approved, your order will be fabricated. No changes can be made after this. Any and all errors are the responsibility of the customer. It is at this time that we will give you an estimated date of completion.

Upon completion of fabrication, we will contact you to confirm shipping and handling details. You will then receive an invoice for these costs with a link to pay online. This invoice must be paid prior to shipping or delivery.

Lens Creek Studios shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from improper usage, handling, or installation of any and all products and materials provided by Lens Creek Studios. Any damages caused by improper installation and usage are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain proper installation and handling methods prior to receiving their signage.
